Thank you for profiling me and my book in The Almanac. It was wonderful. I wanted to thank you for actually mentioning the names of my in-print titles. You have no idea how rare it is. Most journalists don't really treat me as a multi-book author. They just want to discuss that one concept. Thanks for being the exception!
I don't really mind the many Pennsylvania papers that say the Pay It Forward Campaign was inspired by the Oprah challenge. It's true. Though it is nice to get some recognition for the book.
It's not even that I feel I always need credit. It's more that, after nearly eight years, the Pay It Forward concept has grown wings and taken off in a way I never would have imagined.
I particularly appreciate that your paper broke the mold and profiled the author.
