Michelle Boss, an Upper St. Clair High School graduate, has attained official recognition as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board for Certified Counselors, Inc. (NBCC), joining more than 40,000 other NCC's certified through NBCC. Boss is employed by Madison Public Schools in Connecticut as a school counselor. She also serves on the executive board of the Connecticut School Counselor Association (CSCA) as vice president-elect for middle school counselors.
Boss graduated with honors from Villanova University, earning a bachelor of arts in psychology. She went on to receive a master of science in counseling psychology from Chatham College. She resides in Wallingford, Conn.
NBCC, located in Greensboro, N.C., is the largest national counselor credentialing organization in the United States. To become a National Certified Counselor, a person must have a graduate degree in counseling from a regionally accredited institution, supervised post-master's counseling experience, and a passing score on the National Counselor Examination for Licensure and Certification (NCE).
Angela Mize of Prudential Preferred Realty was accepted as a Member of the Top 5 in Real Estate Network, the most prestigious of all industry achievements.
To qualify, Mize had to meet a stringent set of criteria, based upon performance, as well as educational and professional skills and service to her customers.
Mize is also a member of The Peters Township Chamber of Commerce.
