Mitchell - Provil


Sam and Nancy Provil of Upper St. Clair announce the engagement of their son, Ben Provil of Arlington, Va., to Becky Mitchell of Fairfax, Va., daughter of Roger and Janet Mitchell of Stewartsville, N.J.

The future groom is a graduate of Upper St. Clair High School, Penn State University (main campus) and George Washington University where he earned a master's degree in project management. He works for Mercer Consulting Firm in Washington, D.C. as a project manager.

His fianceé is a graduate of North Hills High School and Penn State University (main campus). She is a certified arborist working as a landscape architect for BC Consultants in Fairfax, Va.

An April 2009 wedding is planned.
