 Lifesaver campaign will boost troop morale

Military Connections in Bethel Park is holding a Life Saver campaign to help boost the morale of U.S. troops stationed overseas.

Sandwich size Ziploc bags will a note "To My Favorite Lifesaver" will be filled with individually wrapped Lifesavers candy and shipped to troops by the end of May.






To help cover the cost of Lifesavers, send contributions to Military Connections, Sandy Creek Apartment Complex, 6170 Library Road, Suite 61, Bethel Park, PA 15102, or assemble your own packs and drop off at our location. E-mail militaryconnections@hotmail.com if interested in helping assemble the packs. Deadline for project is May 31.

Blood drive set

in Castle Shannon

Admiral Heating and Cooling Co. in Castle Shannon will sponsor a blood drive 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 10. To schedule an appointment, call 412-885-1700. Walk-ins welcome.
