Many of us have household pieces made of decorative glass, possibly passed down from parents and grandparents. Seldom used, they are often stored for safekeeping. Favorite pieces of glass stemware, covered compotes, serving dishes and trinket holders are quite colorful and catch the eye of visitors during holiday entertaining. Rarely do owners give thought to researching their origins.
