The Bethel Park Lions Club will hold its spring fish fry from 4-7 p.m. May 31 at Lions Park, Irishtown Road.
Fried or baked fish and shrimp dinners include cole slaw, French fries or macaroni and cheese and a soft drink for $9.
A hot dog dinner for children will be offered, and take out is available. In addition, plastic bags and brooms will be offered for sale.

Laura Delach, master gardener coordinator of Washington County, is planning a demonstration garden at the Washington Community Center at the old Girl Scout House on Taylor Drive.
Master gardeners will be at the center from 7-8:30 p.m. every Monday to answer gardening questions and to give tours of the gardens.
The municipal office will be closed May 27 in observance of Memorial Day. The offices will reopen May 28. Garbage will be delayed one day that week.
At 9:15 a.m. May 27, the American Legion will honor the fallen soldiers at the Veteran’s Memorial on Poplar Street followed by services at 10 a.m. at St. Margaret’s Church.
The state Department of Transportation’s project is progressing along Washington Road from the intersection of Gilkeson and Connor roads to Alfred Street in the Mt. Lebanon business district.
Crews will be saw cutting and removing damaged sections of asphalt and concrete, roto-milling asphalt from all four lanes along with other projects, including installing handicapped curb ramps and addressing drainage issues near the Galleria.
The project is slated for completion in early October.
• Mt. Lebanon received one of 50 grants nationwide through Waste Management and its Think Green program. The grant will focus on maintaining 31 flower beds throughout the community.
West Penn Allegheny Health System will hold Tai Chi classes beginning June 17 in the WPAHS Outpatient Care Center in Peters Township. Tai Chi is a combination of exercise and meditation that is great for people of all ages and fitness levels. It is also good for those coping with arthritis pain and swelling.
The eight-week workshop is $75 for one class per week or $130 for two classes per week. Discounts are available to WPAHS employees.

• South West Communities Chamber of Commerce hosts Networking and Eggs Your Way at Breakfast at Broadmore from 8-9:30 a.m. May 23.
There is no charge for members and their guest. The charge is $10 for non-members. Broadmore Assisted Living is located at Lakemont Farms, 3275 Washington Pike.
