John McMillan

John McMillan Presbyterian Church, Bethel Park, will hold SonWest Round Up vacation Bible School 9 a.m.-noon June 24-28.


Register at the church office 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday-Friday, or visit www.johnmcmillanpc.org, print a copy of the form and mail it to the church.


Children ages 3 (with one year preschool experience) through completed sixth grade can register.

Westminster Presbyterian Church, Upper St. Clair, will hold Kingdom Rock barefoot school 9 a.m.-noon June 24-28.

Christ the Redeemer Parish, Canonsburg, will hold A Veggie Tale Vacation Bible School: The Pirates Who Don’t Do Anything, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. July 8-12 at the church.


Children ages 5-12 are invited for complimentary dinner, games and crafts.

South Hills Church of Nazarene, Bethel Park, will hold SonWest Roundup Vacation Bible School from 9 a.m.-noon July 15-19 for children entering kindergarten in September, or those who were in kindergarten through sixth grade during the 2012-2013 school year.

Bethel Presbyterian

Bethel Presbyterian Church will host vacation Bible school for children in pre-K through fifth grade from 6-8:30 p.m. July 8-12.


Registration through June 30 is $7. Late registration beginning July 1 is $10.

Peters Creek Baptist

Wild West Rodeo Camp will be held at 6:30 p.m. July 22-26 at Peters Creek Baptist Church in South Park. Ages 3-kindergarten will learn Bible teachings, music, crafts, rodeo event training, as well as enjoy refreshments. Caregivers must accompany 3 and 4 year olds.


• “Keeping in Step With the Spirit” is for first-fifth graders at 5 p.m. Sundays in July. Gotta Move teaches what it means to be a Christian. Fee is $5. To register, call 412-833-6111.


First Bethel UMC

First Bethel United Methodist Church will hold vacation Bible school 6:15-8:30 p.m. June 24-28.

Peters Creek Presbyterian Church, Venetia, will hold its vacation Bible school 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. July 8-12. SonWest Roundup is for children who have just completed kindergarten-fifth grade.


St. Thomas More

St. Thomas More Church, Bethel Park, will hold vacation Bible school July 8-11.


Pickup family bags (T-shirt, name tags and instructions) for Kingdom Rock on July 7.
