More change orders approved for SF Intermediate School
The new South Fayette Intermediate School building is on track for its Aug. 10 grand opening. According to Superintendent Dr. Bille Rondinelli, the district received occupancy permits for the building on July 22, which was the projected substantial-completion date.
At its July 24 voting meeting, the school board approved three change orders for the new building, including a $2,940 change order to delete a sliding grille door and add two overhead grilles in the cafeteria, as well as $449 to raise sprinkler piping for coiling doors at the cafeteria entrance.
