Scott commissioners voted unanimously to advertise their proposed 2014 budget at the board’s regular meeting on Nov. 26. The municipality’s 2014 budget projects total revenue at $9,760,246 and total expenses at $11,808,126. In other business, the board hired Todd Tulowitzki as the Assistant Code Enforcement Officer at a starting salary of $42,000 with a one year probation period. The board also hired James Briggs as a public works employee in line with terms of the collective bargaining agreement, subject to Briggs passing a physical.
