The Match For A Marine will be held at 7 p.m. Jan. 8 at Peters Township High School gym. The Indians will wrestle Bethel Park.
All proceeds from the event will benefit Sgt. Doug Vitale, who was seriously injured while serving in Afghanistan. Vitale wrestled at Kiski Area before joining the Marine Corp. His wife, Alexis, is a PT graduate.

The University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg will host a six-week baseball camp beginning Jan. 12. Another camp will be offered starting Jan. 26 at Charleroi High School. Classes are available for players in grades 1-12 and are limited to six players per coach. Sessions are offered in advanced hitting, pitching, catching, fielding and base running. Tom Alper’s elite camp for kickers, punters and long-snappers will be held 6:45-9:45 p.m. Feb. 8 at the Robert Morris University Sports Bubble, located on Neville Island. Grades 6-12 are eligible.
