At the Bible Chapel, McMurray, the sermon series Identity Theft will be held Aug. 9 and 10 at all campuses. Emphasis on our heavenly citizenship and eternity versus our short time here on Earth.

At Calvary Full Gospel Church, South Fayette, Monday evening prayer is held at 7 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month.

At Chartiers Valley U.P. Church, Scott Township, a church picnic will be held Aug. 17 at Heidelberg Park located on Industry Way. At Our Lady of Grace Church, Scott Township, parishioner Nicholas Capozzoli will perform at 3 p.m. Aug. 10 as part of the Seventh Annual Festival Organ Recital. Capozzoli will kick off festival week with an inspiring musical performance featuring a variety of classical and modern pieces. A senior at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, he has won musical competitions, received awards, scholarships and an internship in New York, and has performed a number of recitals in the U.S. and overseas. A light reception in Keefer Hall will follow this free event.

At Peters Creek Presbyterian Church, Venetia, Pastor Doug Brandt begins a Summer Series on holiness entitled “What You Believe is How You Will Live.” Worship begins at 10 a.m. Sunday mornings with Children’s Church for young children. For more information, call 724-941-6210.
