Quick Pix: USC police station gets new plaque

Upper St. Clair police Chief Doug Burkholder and Jim Yusko, president of the Rotary Club of Upper St. Clair – Bethel Park (Breakfast), pose with a plaque that will be permanently displayed at the USC police station. Burkholder recognized the club for funding a Cogent Applicant Fingerprint Registration System through a grant from its 28th Annual Chicken BBQ.
