GCFP convention to be held in April
The 2018 Garden Club Federation of Pennsylvania Convention (GCFP), “A Floral Tri-Fecta,” will be held April 15-17 at the DoubleTree Hilton Meadowlands. This year’s convention was named in honor of the three famous horse races – Kentucky Derby, Belmont and Preakness. The 10 clubs in District X are finalizing plans for this year’s event. They are: Garden Club of Munhall, Giant Oaks Garden Club, Great Meadows Garden Club, Greene Gardeners, Martha Washington Garden Club, Mon Valley Garden Club, Pleasant Hills Garden Club, Town & Country Garden Club, Uniontown Flower Club and Valley Garden Club. These clubs represent Allegheny, Washington, Fayette and Greene counties. You do not have to be a GCFP member to attend the convention.
