SH Women’s Club

The South Hills Women’s Club will hold its monthly meeting at 8 p.m. Jan. 8 at Vanadium Woods, Scott Township. Guest speaker Dr. Edward Hale will share the history and his experiences on the frigate “Niagara” on which he sailed during a period of time during the year. New members and guests are welcome. Lensshooters meet

John Bauerlein, retired professor at Washington and Jefferson College, will be the guest speaker at the Lensshooters Camera Club meeting set for 7 p.m. Jan. 10, at the Peters Township Public Library. Bauerlein’s visual presentation will focus on his trip to the Antarctica. Club members are reminded to bring two of their works for the annual Lensshooters Camera Club Exhibition and Competition.
