Bethel Park High School graduate Jocelyn Hyrb was named promotions manager of the Pittsburgh offices of K-LOVE and Air1Radio. Hyrb earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports, Arts and Entertainment Management in 2017 from Point Park University. She is the daughter of Jodi Unglaub and John Hyrb.
Bethel Park native Thomas E. Ayres was confirmed as the general counsel of the U.S. Air Force by the U.S. Senate on Feb. 15. Ayres, a retired major general, was most recently the deputy judge advocate general at the U.S. Army. He was previously the commander of the U.S. Army Legal Services Agency; the chief judge of the U.S. Army Court of Criminal Appeals; the commander and commandant of the Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School; and the deputy legal counsel to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Ayres graduated from the U.S. Military Academy and the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
The Residence at Logan, a 130-unit senior living community in Bethel Park, has named Gregory Gramm as its new executive director.
Gramm is a Bethel Park native, Robert Morris University graduate in marketing and brings 20 years of professional experience in the senior living industry to the community.
He began working in the industry when he joined UPMC’s St. Margaret’s Seneca Place as director of environmental and plant services. He also worked for Genesis Health Ventures, Paramount Senior Living and Five-Star Senior Living. Most recently, Gramm held several leadership positions with Sunrise Senior Living, including serving as executive director for the McCandless and Upper St. Clair facilities.
