Tammy Singleton-English, Esquire, has been elected as treasurer of the Community Foundation of Upper St. Clair, whose mission is to augment the lifestyle of Upper St. Clair residents by providing programs and projects that benefit the community, including fine and performing arts, lifelong learning, recreation, science and technology.

She also was unanimously re-elected by the Estate Planning Committee of Pittsburgh to serve as a board member for the 2018-2019 year.

Singleton-English is an estate planning attorney, CPA and the owner of Singleton-English Law Offices located in the South Hills, which concentrates of tax, estate planning and probate matters.
