Abbey Players present ‘Mulan Jr.’
St. Benedict the Abbot’s Abbey Players will present “Mulan Jr.” at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 15-16 in the Pope Benedict Center at the church, 120 Abington Drive, Peters Township.
Based on Disney’s Oscar-nominated film, the musical, intended for all ages, features a collaboration with the Pittsburgh Chinese Academy-South Hills and a special presentation by the academy’s students.
Doors will open at 7 p.m. and tickets will be available at the door. Cost is $10 for adults and $5 for students and senior citizens. Proceeds from the troupe’s gift card raffle and concession stand will benefit charity.
St. Benedict the Abbot Church’s Abbey Players is a community theater troupe for students in grades 7 through 12 that promotes performance, prayer and charity.
