Abbey Players mark 10 years with showcase
On Nov. 24, The Abbey Players, a community theater troupe sponsored by St. Benedict the Abbot Church in Peters Township, will mark 10 years with an Anniversary Showcase. The concert will begin at 2 p.m. in the Pope Benedict Center.
Tickets will be available at the door for $10, and discounted to $7 for those who bring a canned good for the local food pantry.
The troupe has put on many full-scale productions and contributed thousands of dollars to various charities, including Relay for Life and CCFA.
