BPSD receives emergency supply buckets
All Bethel Park School District classrooms have been equipped with emergency supply buckets to be used in emergency situations until responders can arrive. The buckets were donated by Andy Amrhein and Evey True Value Hardware and filled with medical supplies such as plastic gloves, bandages and dressings, donated by St. Clair Hospital and Jefferson Hospital, as well as tourniquets and vests. Helping the district to secure the supplies was John Bower, paramedic supervisor of Tri-Community South EMS.
