Little Lake Theatre Company announces the next production of its 2018 MainStage season, “Little Miss Sunshine,” based on the Academy Award-winning film. This funny and surprisingly touching musical features performances by several young actors. Lola Armfield and Chloe Griffin make their MainStage debuts, sharing the lead role of Olive Hoover. Ava Blasey, Chelsie Clydesdale and Temperance Scott also make their MainStage debuts as a chorus of mean girls and pageant contestants. Peters Township teen Max Andrae is excited to be sharing the stage with his mom, Leah Hillgrove, playing Sheryl Hoover, his mother in the play. The two have been performing for many years, but have never appeared in the same production together.

Performances will be held at 8 p.m. Sept. 13-15. Tickets are $21 to $22.50, and $14 for ages 15 and under.

For tickets, visit www.littlelake.org or call 724-745-6300.
