The Holy Family Institute board of trustees and Sister Linda Yankoski, President and CEO, are pleased to announce the promotion of Mt. Lebanon resident Michael Sexauer as its new Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Sexauer has served as the Executive Director of a subsidiary, Holy Family Foundation, for four years. In his new role, he will oversee finance, human resources, several human services programs, development and marketing at the charitable organization. In addition, Sexauer will work directly with Yankoski on matters of importance to effectively serve the community. Holy Family Institute has provided hope and healing to children and families of western Pennsylvania since 1900 as a ministry of the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth.

A veteran marketing and communications professional with more than 25 years of experience, Sexauer has worked in sales, marketing and non-profit business management in Erie, Pittsburgh, and North Carolina for organizations including PNC, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy.

In addition to receiving the 2007 Grand Marketer of the Year award from the Pittsburgh chapter of the American Marketing Association, the Mt. Lebanon resident is an accomplished speaker, published writer, and trained media spokesperson. He holds a BS from Clarion University and an MBA from Wake Forest University’s Babcock School of Management.
