Dan Petrich, a 1989 Mt. Lebanon High School graduate, will perform at 7 p.m. Aug. 15 as part of Mt. Lebanon Public Library’s Concert in the Courtyard series.

Petrich has been writing and performing folk music in the Pittsburgh area for about 20 years. He released his latest album, “Of Devils, Gods, and Men,” last year.

A review of the album at danpetrich.bandcamp.com says: “Always a hallmark of Petrich’s music is his intensely personal lyrics, and this new album highlights his ability to blend stories of personal doubt, fear, and questioning with the reassurance of love, family, and faith.”

Petrich has been teaching English at Mt. Lebanon High School more than two decades.

This concert is free and will be held in the library’s outdoor courtyard, or inside if it rains.
