SPAGHETTI DINNER
A spaghetti dinner fundraiser for the Grace Gaita Memorial Scholarships will be held at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 4 at St. Thomas More Church in Bethel Park. Prior to dinner, there will be a memorial Mass at 4 p.m. in remembrance of Gaita, who was active in the church before she passed away last year. Adult tickets are $15 and children tickets are $10. Baskets and 50/50 chances will be available to purchase at the dinner.
Proceeds will go toward the Grace Gaita Memorial Scholarships that aid students who excel in their faith, participate in music programs and show academic improvement in mathematics. Gaita would have been a senior at Bishop Canevin High School. She excelled in theology courses, was an altar server, volunteer, and member of the marching band.

ELKS DONATION
The Pittsburgh South Hills Elks Lodge 2213, located on South Park Road in Bethel Park, is accepted donations for welcome home kits for veterans. The Elks are collecting dishes, pots and pans, glasses, silverware, kitchen utensils, oven mitts, towels, baking sheets, toiletries, towels, shampoo, soap, toothpaste and brushes, shower curtains and liners, paper products, light bulbs, brooms, mops, buckets, sponges, laundry materials, bedding, toaster, microwave and blankets.

CLASS REUNION
A grand reunion is being planned for all students who attended St. Justin grade school or high school in Mt. Washington. The event will be held from 6 to 11 p.m. May 26 at the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott Hotel. Tickets are $70 per person and include dinner, photographer and DJ. There will be a cash bar.
