WOMEN of Southwestern Pa. hosts dinner for grant recipients

WOMEN of Southwestern Pa., a charitable nonprofit based in the South Hills, recently held a dinner for its 2022 grant recipients.

The organization accepts grant applications for funding requests up to $2,500 once a year from nonprofit and charitable organizations that align with its mission. The group also disburses emergency funds to organizations in need throughout the year. Visit www.womenofswpa.org for more information.

Aliquippa Green, Always B Smiling, Beverly’s Birthdays, CASA for Kids, Cancer Bridges, Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Pittsburgh, The Children’s Home of Pittsburgh and Lemieux Family Center, Church of the Covenant (Hands and Hearts Committee), Computer Reach, Crop & Kettle, Dignity Robes of St. Louise, Focus On Renewal, Garden Home Ministries, Genesis of Pittsburgh, Greene County United Way, Horses with Hope, The Intersection, Jewish Family Community Services (JFCS), Pittsburgh Light of Life Ministries, Literacy Council of Southwestern PA, Little Sisters of the Poor, Mary’s Place Pittsburgh, New Century Careers, Pennsylvania Women Work, Pittsburgh Bereavement Doulas, Project Linus, Sisters Place, Sojourner House, South Hills Interfaith Movement, The Still Remembered Project, Transitional Paths to Independent Living, United Way of Washington County, The Village of FPC, Washington City Mission,The Watchful Shepherd USA, and Women’s Center and Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh.
