Upper St. Clair High School’s Performing Arts Department will present “Rumors,” a play by Neil Simon. Evening performances are set for 7:30 p.m. Nov. 2 and 4. Matinee showings will be held at 2:30 p.m. Nov. 4 and 5. All performances will be held in the high school theater.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $6 for students and can be purchased online at www.usctheater.org. In-person ticket sales will be available one hour prior to each performance at the box office.

Admission for Upper St. Clair’s senior citizens is free with a USC Gold Card. Gold Card holders must obtain their free theater tickets in person at the box office.

“Rumors” centers around a 10th wedding anniversary party where New York deputy mayor, Charlie Brock, has suffered a self-inflicted gunshot injury and his wife, Myra, is nowhere in sight. The flesh wound sets off a series of events that are both confusing and comical as the first guests, lawyer Ken Gorman and his wife, Chris, scramble to get the story straight before the other guests arrive.
