Health Hope Network offers a free support group for stroke survivors at 10 a.m. Tuesdays at Bethel Park Community Center.

The Cancer Caring Center and UPMC will offer a Head and Neck Cancer support group at 6 p.m. the first Wednesday of every month. The group meets at UPMC Cancer Centers, Bethel Park.
Trudi Cooke, RN, OCN, will welcome all head and neck cancer patients and their adult family members. Cooke has spent 30 years working with cancer patients throughout the UPMC Cancer Centers system and has led a number of patient networks.

Family Hospice & Palliative Care, Mt. Lebanon, holds Growing Through Grief – Rebuilding Hope, a six-week support program that is offered free to the community in these two locations:
• Southminster House, 801 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon, 1-3 p.m. Wednesdays, March 27 through May 1.
• Jefferson Regional Medical Center, James Bibro Pavilion Conference Center (Homestead/Baldwin Rooms), 565 Coal Valley Road, Jefferson Hills, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesdays, April 9 through May 14* (*exception of 4/29: this session will take place on a Monday as the room is not available on Tuesday, April 30)
