Barkoskie – Shields
Dr. Douglas and Elizabeth Shields of Upper St. Clair, formerly of Bethel Park, announce the engagement of their son, David Boris Shields of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., to Amber Lynn Barkoskie, also of Ft. Lauderdale. Amber is the daughter of Richard Patenaude of Dunlap, Tenn., and Angela Alvarenga of Boca Raton, Fla.
David is the grandson of Margaret Shields and the late David F. Shields, and the late Rev. Boris and Henrietta Rock.
Amber’s grandparents are Hubert and Sherry Barkoskie, and Robert Patenaude and Blanche Schtupak.
The future bride and groom are employed at Calvary Chapel Ft. Lauderdale.
An August wedding is planned in Boca Raton, Fla.
