Bird – Halackna
Mr. and Mrs. Kelly Bird of Upper St. Clair announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsey Kathleen, to Joseph Christopher Halackna, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Halackna, also of Upper St. Clair.
The future bride is a graduate of Upper St. Clair High School and Penn State University, with a bachelor of science degree in special education. She is employed as a special educator in the Moon Area School District.
Her fiance is also a graduate of Upper St. Clair High School and Penn State University, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. He is employed as a senior engineer for Westinghouse Electric Company in Pittsburgh.
An August wedding is planned.
