VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) is looking for volunteers to provide free income tax preparation for taxpayers of any age who have low to modest income. Federal Transit Administration has temporarily lifted the HOV+2 restriction on the Wabash Tunnel until the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s (PennDOT) ongoing West Carson Street project is completed in December 2015.
