The Pines of Mt. Lebanon will hold workshops for professional and family caregivers regarding the Alzheimer’s journey at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 20. To register, call 724-993-3633.
An AARP driver safety class will be held 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Nov. 21 and 22 at Castle Shannon Library. Participants 55 and older can receive a five percent discount off car insurance for completing this program. Cost is $12 for AARP members and $14 for nonmembers.
Adult Interest Center at Southminster Presbyterian Church, Mt. Lebanon, meets at 11 a.m. on Fridays. Lunch is served at noon for $6.
Singer Brian Mahan will entertain on Nov. 22.
The center will be closed Nov. 29 in celebration of Thanksgiving.

The Hilltoppers of Scott Township will hold Chapels, Candles and a Christmas “Phantasy” day trip on Dec. 12.
