The following students were named to the fall dean’s list at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College: Evan Augustine, Joshua Faust, Erin McMahon, Alexander Maceil, Kevin Parlak, Tyler Rigby and Spencer Sabich of South Park; Madison Barone, Morgan Kramer, Andrew Kruzan, Jessica Kruzan, Dylan Poljak and Natasha Terensky of Canonsburg; Andrew Burge, David Card, Christian Riley, Mark Riley, Elizabeth Spence, Clayton Schrey and Kierstyn Williams of Bethel Park; Maxwell Dormer, Mark Hayes, Meghan Nee, Zachary Ryan, James Stell and Nicholas Vucich of McMurray; Sean Egan and Jennifer Williams of Bridgeville; Lindsay Keeley and Ryan McLuckie of McDonald; Sean Kelly of Upper St. Clair; and Christina McNeal and Tyler Simpson of Venetia.
James Frauen, a junior majoring in mathematics and financial economics at the University of Rochester, was named to the fall dean’s list. He is the son of Jim Frauen and Paula Frauen, and a graduate of Upper St. Clair High School.
The following Pennsylvania State University students were initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines: Anthony Siudela and Bryan Tornabene of McDonald, Sara Payo and Whitney Moore of Upper St. Clair, and Brittany Woodrow of Venetia.
Brittany Rees of McDonald was among 150 students recognized by Lebanon Valley College for making an impact on the campus as a new student. The Celebration of Student Success reception, held Feb. 19, honored the student’s achievement. The honorees were nominated by faculty and administrators for standing out in the classroom, in their work with classmates, as student leaders, in on-campus employment, or in extracurricular activities such as athletics, performance, or volunteerism.
Rees is a graduate of South Fayette High School and is pursuing a bachelor of science in health science.
