Allegheny County Music Festival
The 15th annual Allegheny County Music Festival, featuring Rusted Root and several local bands, will be held Aug. 31 at the amphitheater in Hartwood Acres Park, Hampton. Opening acts including Grand Piano, The Color Fleet and Derek Woodz Band begin at 5 p.m. Main headliner Rusted Root will take the stage at 7:30.
Suggested donation is $20 per car to benefit the Allegheny County Music Festival Fund, which finances requests from children and youth receiving services through the Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) or Allegheny County Juvenile Probation for life-enriching items and opportunities not otherwise available through traditional government sources.
