BETHEL PARK

DUI: Joseph Falcone, 22, of Greenhaven Drive, was arrested for DUI Nov. 24 along Bethel Church Road, police said.

Vehicle hits pedestrian: Police are investigating a one-vehicle accident involving a pedestrian at Village Drive on Nov. 25. The unidentified pedestrian was in the hospital in critical condition, police said.

DUI: Police arrested Charles Dwyer, 48, of Royal Drive, South Park, as he was driving along Baptist Rd. on Nov. 25, police said.    

Theft: Police assisted Macy’s loss prevention agents in arresting Timothy Lupori, 20, of Imperial, after he was observed taking an undetermined amount of merchandise on Nov. 29.

CASTLE SHANNON

Forgery: Ricky Broadnax, 24, of 1048 Indiana Ave., Glassport, was sent a summons for forging vehicle documents, police said.

Disorderly conduct: Wayne Gonella, 57, was cited for disorderly conduct on Blossom Hill Road Nov. 16 at 4:40 a.m., police said.

DUI: Andrew Paolicelli, 28, of 229 Murrays Lane, Pittsburgh, was arrested for DUI along Grove Road Nov. 18 at 2:10 a.m., police said.

DUI: Abbey Christensen, 24, of Brookeledge Road, Bridgeville, was arrested for DUI in the 3600 block of Library Road on Nov. 20 around 3:50 a.m., police said.

Criminal mischief: A car parked on Sixth Avenue had its tires slashed on Nov. 14. Police said it was reported around 11:30 a.m.

Phone scam: A resident on Kerryhill Drive reported to police on Nov. 14 that someone called claiming to be an IRS agent and attempted to scam the person out of money.

Theft: A resident on Home Avenue reported to police an undetermined amount of jewelry was stolen from the resident sometime before Nov. 14, police said.

DUI: Donna Kasievich, 63, of Murrays Lane, Pittsburgh, was arrested for DUI after officers stopped her vehicle Nov. 23 on Grove Road.

DUI: Bobbie Krznaric, 59, of Williamsport Road, Monongahela, was arrested for DUI after an officer stopped her vehicle Nov. 23 along McRoberts Road.

Theft, drug violations: Michael Kirsch, 39, of Beltzhoover Ave., was arrested Nov. 23 around 3:20 p.m. on Havelock Street for theft and drug violations.

DUI, drug violations: Rae Thomas, 34, of Birmingham Ave., Pittsburgh, was cited for DUI and drug violations after she was driving erratically in the 3100 block of Library Road on Nov. 26, police said.

CECIL

Theft from vehicle: Three dollars in change was stolen from an unlocked Jeep parked in a driveway along Reising Road Dec. 1, police said.

Drug violation, theft: Robinson Township police contacted Cecil police after arresting William Skinner, 52, for heroin possession. He was wanted by Cecil police for theft. He was placed in the Washington County jail Dec. 1 on $25,000 bond.

Mt. Lebanon

Theft: Astrid Fisher, 21, of Lemoyne Ave., and Nathan McGuire, 21, of Lemoyne Ave., were arrested for retail theft along Castle Shannon Blvd. on Nov. 17, police said.

PETERS TOWNSHIP

Simple assault, harassment: Police responded around 3 p.m. Nov. 29 to Potomac Furniture, 2983 Washington Road, for a report of an assault. The store owner, Jerry Lebau, 65, told police he was working when he observed a young boy push a swivel chair into a wall multiple times. He said he asked the parent, Carmen Petraglia, 39, of Highland Road, Bethel Park, to keep control of his children, police said. Petraglia then told the Lebau that he lost two customers, to which he responded he rather lose two customers than have damaged merchandise. Petraglia then punched Lebau. Police said Petraglia explained he was upset Leabu was attempting to discipline his children. Petraglia faces charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. Lebau was transported to Canonsburg Hospital for treatment.

Drug possession, underage drinking: Police stopped a green sedan around 12:30 a.m. Thanksgiving day after the vehicle was observed traveling over the speed limit. An officer smelled marijuana and confiscated a small amount from the driver, Nicole Davis, 19, of Ridge Road, South Park. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, underage drinking for providing alcohol to a minor and speeding. The passenger, Kayla Burkett, 19, of Pittsburgh, was wanted for pot possession in Indiana, Pa. and was also charged with underage drinking.

Possession: Police stopped Daniel Milavec, 21, of Fox Run Drive, Venetia, on Bebout Road after he was observed Nov. 28 at 3:36 p.m. not stopping at a stop sign. He was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

SCOTT TOWNSHIP

Theft: A representative from Vaccarello Construction reported to police the company’s fence at 50 Arch St., Carnegie, had been cut and eight heavy-duty Deka batteries were stolen sometime between Nov. 8-10, police said.

Theft, resisting arrest: Douglas Nice, 47, of 304 Magazine St., Carnegie, was arrested for stealing metal beams and guide rails from Pittsburgh Design Service located at 1000 Gregg St., Carnegie. Police said Nice was tazed during apprehension because he resisted arrest.

Theft: Melissa Edmunds, 35, of 105 W. Pike St., Canonsburg, was arrested on Nov. 14 for a retail theft that happened Sept. 12, police said.

Theft: Police arrested Tanzia Le Shawn Owens, 21, of 2900 Shadeland Ave., Pittsburgh, for retail theft on Nov. 16.

Upper St. Clair

Theft: Sears security attempted to apprehend two white females Nov. 28 after the suspects ran out with approximately $3,500 worth of merchandise. Police are searching for a silver vehicle.
