Registration for Mt. Lebanon High School’s preschool program is now open. To be eligible, children must be at least age 3 ½ years old and no older than 4 years, 10 months by March 17, 2014. Pittsburgh Glass Center will feature artists Granite Calimpong and Brent Rogers in the exhibit “Halfway to Somewhere” Feb. 7-April 20. Meet the artists 6-9 p.m. Feb. 7. Calimpong’s work is blown and cold-worked glass that is simple and clean with a focus on the form and surface. Rogers worked as a production glass blower and designer at the Glass Eye Studio.
