Brittany Wanamaker, a 2013 graduate of Bethel Park High School, was recently inducted into the California University of PA chapter of Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society, and was named to the dean’s list for both the fall and spring semesters, maintaining a 3.8 GPA. She recently completed her freshman year at Cal. U. where she is majoring in early childhood and special education and participates in the Council for Exception Children and the club tennis team. She is also the recipient of the William J. Wolf Memorial Scholarship, through the Pittsburgh Foundation, and a Presidential Honors Scholarship from Cal. U. Brittany is the daughter of Deborah Wanamaker of Bethel Park and the granddaughter of Eugene Wieczorkowski of Upper St. Clair.

Taylor Exacustides, daughter of Bill and Kristi Exacustides of Bethel Park, was named to the spring dean’s list at Duquesne University’s School of Nursing. A graduate of Bethel Park High School, she is employed by The Grand Residence as a nurse’s aide.

Lauren O’Brien, daughter of Susan and Patrick O’Brien of Bethel Park, was named to the fall and spring dean’s lists at Duquesne University. A communications major, she is currently on a one-month self-directed humanitarian tour of Uganda. Lauren is visiting the 42 beneficiaries of full educational scholarships, which she provided through Pauline Juliet, a charity she founded that provides educational funds for orphans in Kiboga and Gulu, Uganda. Lauren is a graduate of Bethel Park High School.

Patrick O’Brien, son of Susan and Patrick O’Brien of Bethel Park, was named to the fall and spring dean’s lists at Ohio University. A marketing major, Patrick held internships with IMG World and Clear Channel Communications. In the fall he will intern with HBO as a student representative at Ohio University. Patrick is a graduate of Bethel Park High School.

Joel Magnotti, son of Raymond and Lisa Magnotti of Bethel Park, was named to the spring dean’s list at Clarion University of Pennsylvania. A 2010 graduate of Peters Township High School, Joel is majoring in early childhood education with a dual in special ed.

Sierra Miller, daughter of Craig and Lisa Miller of Scott Township, was named to both the fall and spring dean’s lists at the University of Evansville. A biology major, she is a member of the Honors Program and a graduate of Chartiers Valley High School.
