CASTLE SHANNON
Drug violations: Connie Huetter, 37, of 951 Edgewood Ave., Pittsburgh, was charged with drug violations on Edgewood Avenue at 6:51 p.m. July 19, borough police said.
Simple assault: Michael Brown, 26, of 2605 Village Road, Pittsburgh, was charged with simple assault on Vermont Avenue, at 8:04 p.m. July 19, borough police said.
Fraud: Police received a report of identity theft regarding a tax return that was UPMC related, borough police said. The report was made at 11:50 a.m. July 21.
CECIL TOWNSHIP
Fraud: A township resident reported at 10:20 a.m. July 22, that three unauthorized transactions were made on a credit card for a total of $750, township police said. James Zamiska told police the charges were made in London.
Gasoline stolen: Several gallons of gasoline were stolen from a car parked on School Hill Road, township police said. Owner Jacqueline Long of 271 School Hill Road reported the theft at 8:48 a.m. July 20.
MT. LEBANON
Mark Boardman, 25, of 280 Franklin Drive, Upper St. Clair, was charged with driving under the influence and accidents involving unattended property at 1:53 a.m. July 12 on Atlanta Drive, municipal police said.
Robert Kobik, 50, of 226 Seminole Drive, Mt. Lebanon, was charged with terroristic threats at 9:36 p.m. July 15, on Seminole Drive, police said.
Defiant trespass: Judy Raso, 42, of 1051 Hastie Road, Pittsburgh, was charged with defiant trespass at 11:18 a.m. July 12, on Margaretta Drive, police said.

Retail theft: Jessica Colaianni, 29, of 1235 Tennessee Ave., Pittsburgh, was cited for retail theft at 6:46 p.m. July 15, on Castle Shannon Boulevard, police said.
Jennifer Scabilloni, 29, of 5557 Anetta Drive, Bethel Park, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia, at 2:39 a.m. July 20, on Washington Road, police said.
Underage drinking: David Paul, 20, of 2060 St. Andrews Drive, Presto, was cited for underage drinking at 1:21 a.m. July 23, on Parker Drive, police said.
The front window of a business on Washington Road was broken before 4:35 a.m. July 17; and graffiti was spray painted on an office building on Mt. Lebanon Boulevard before 11:10 a.m. July 22, police said.
Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to a credit card account before 3:20 p.m. July 18, on a card owned by a resident of Craigview Drive; and personal information was used to open a credit account from a resident on Flintridge Road, before 1:36 a.m. July 21, police said.
Theft: A bank deposit bag was taken from a business on Washington Road before 6 p.m. July 22, police said.
PETERS TOWNSHIP
Criminal mischief: Four large painted rocks were taken from a yard in the 100 block of Irishtown Road, and were placed in the road, township police said of the discovery at 2:43 a.m. July 22. At 6:58 a.m., the same day police found six mailboxes damaged on Irishtown Road Extension.
Fraud: A resident told police July 23 that his wife attempted to purchase concert tickets online and once the price was established, the resident was told to purchase a reload payment card and submit the personal identification number to the seller, township police said. No tickets were received.
Accident: One driver complained of arm pain following a two-vehicle accident on East McMurray Road at the intersection of Inverness Drive at 4:27 p.m. July 24, township police said. Driver Michael Bandi, no age given, of 144 Hunting Ridge Road, Canonsburg,was traveling east on East McMurray Road when he stopped. A vehicle driven by Devon Danielle Sullivan, 23, of 625 Waterdam Road, McMurray, was also traveling east and was unable to stop before striking the rear of Bandi’s vehicle, police said. Sullivan was not injured. There is no record of medical transport for Bandi.
Two gift cards valued at $500 and loose change were removed from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 600 block of Circle Drive, township police said. The theft occurred between 8:30 p.m. July 23, and 6:30 a.m. July 24, and was reported at 6:53 p.m. July 24, police said.
Criminal mischief: Four tires, each valued at $141.82, were slashed or damaged on a sport-utility vehicle parked in the 300 block of Abbey Brook Lane, police said. The damage was reported at 3:04 p.m. July 24.
Two injured: Two women in a restaurant parking lot at 4120 Washington Road were injured at 6:34 p.m. July 24, when a vehicle driven by Ronald D. Sten, 68, of 400 Clubview Drive, McMurray, backed out of a parking stall and struck the women, police said. When police arrived, officers found Kathy Grove, 61, of Garden St., Connellsville, and Lillian Helfler, 84, of 124 Mt. Blaine Drive, McMurray, lying in the parking lot. Helfler complained of left arm and hip pain, and Grove complained of left arm and shoulder pain, police said. Both were taken to Washington Hospital for treatment.
SOUTH FAYETTE
iPad missing: An iPad was reported missing from a house on Allegheny Avenue, Cuddy, township police said. The theft occurred between July 1 to July 26 and was reported at 10:45 a.m. July 26.
UPPER ST. CLAIR
iPhone stolen: An iPhone was stolen from a bag between 5-10 p.m. July 22, at Woodland Hills swim club, Bingham Drive, township police said.
Retail theft: Ryan Brooks, 20, of Pittsburgh, was picked up by police for attempted retail theft of tools at Sears, South Hills Village, at 3:20 p.m. July 22, and when police ran his name, discovered he was wanted on an outstanding warrant through Allegheny County, township police said. He was released to Allegheny County sheriff’s deputies.
A decorative lawn stone was used to crack a front window of a house in the 3300 block of Mohawk Road, township police said. The criminal mischief was reported at 12:15 a.m. July 24.
