Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre will present 3×3, a show featuring three ballets by three choreographers, including the Pittsburgh premiere of Julia Adam’s “Ketubah,” two weekends, March 7-16 at the August Wilson Center.
Performances are at 8 p.m. March 7, 8, 14 and 15; 2 p.m. March 9 and 16; and 7:30 p.m. March 13.

Music for Mt. Lebanon will present 2012 Keynotes Scholarship Winner and pianist Alvin Zhu at 7:30 p.m. March 8 at Southminster Presbyterian Church.
Zhu’s artistry has taken him to various halls around the world. He also conducts, composes, plays violin, viola, drum and guitar.

Music and Arts series at Westminster Presbyterian Church, Upper St. Clair, will present nationally-known artists Suzanne DuPlantis, mezzo soprano; Paulo Faustini, tenor and Allen Krantz, guitarist at 4 p.m. March 9. Suggested donation is $10.
Pittsburgh Youth Symphony Orchestra will present “A Russian Easter Overture,” at 7:30 p.m. March 9 at Heinz Hall.

• The Films of David Lynch series: “Lost Highway,” 7:30 p.m. March 6, 10:15 p.m. March 7, 10 p.m. March 8 and 7 p.m. March 9.
• “The Movement,” 6 p.m. March 7. Three Rivers Adaptive Sports will host a fundraising benefit featuring wine, hors d’oeuvres and the movie about five individuals, from all walks of life, facing disabilities. Through skiing, each rediscovers the freedom of movement. Tickets are $25 at the door or at www.TRASPA.org.
• The Family Movie Matinee: “The Secret of NIMH,” 1 p.m. March 8 (animated film). All seats are $3. The movie screens again that day at 4 and 7 p.m., and 4:30 p.m. March 9 (all seats $5).
• “Breakup at a Wedding,” 7:30 p.m. March 10. A videographer captures an engaged couple’s decision to proceed with a sham wedding after the bride calls off the ceremony and decides to break up with her partner, who secretly hopes that his surprise gift will ultimately change her mind. All seats $5.
• Volunteer Appreciation & Information Night, 7 p.m. March 12. All past, present and future volunteers of the Hollywood are invited for free food, beverages and short films.
• Breakfast and a Movie: “The Quiet Man,” (1952), 11 a.m. March 16. Light breakfast, cartoons and door prizes. Tickets are $15 ($13 for members). Breakfast tickets must be purchased by March 13 at the theater or at www.showclix.com/event/breakfastandamoviemarch2014. Tickets for the movie only, which starts at 11:30) are $7 at door. “The Quiet Man” screens again at 7 p.m. March 16, and will be the Senior Movie Matinee at 2 p.m. March 20. All seats for the senior matinee are $5.
Hollywood’s Previews Series allows Pittsburgh audiences to catch new movies before their New York and Los Angeles theatrical openings. Preview Series movies show only once. “Positive Space,” La Roche College’s annual juried art and design show, will debut at 7 p.m. March 13 in the Cantellops Art Gallery on the main campus in the North Hills.
The free exhibit, which includes more than 150 works of art submitted by students, will be open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., including weekends, until April 6. Instagram users, follow @PositiveSpaceLRC to participate in a daily photo challenge. All participants will have their photos displayed on opening night, and a Viewers Choice Award will be awarded for the photo voted as the crowd’s favorite.

Producers Jude & Shirley Pohl announce the spring and summer schedule for their Crowne Plaza Cabaret Dinner Theatre in Bethel Park. Kicking off 2014 will be “Murder at the Convent…And Then There Were Nun,” which opens on March 14 and runs for four performances March 14, 15, 21 and 22. “Hee Haw Jamboree” runs May 3, 9, 10, 16 and 17. “Broadway Show Stoppers” runs June 6, 7, 14 and 21. Sr. Gertrude of our Servants of Our Lady of Joyful Agony and Grief returns in July for “Sr. Gertrude’s Guide to Heaven … Avoiding Excommunication At All Costs” and runs July 19, 25 and 26 and Aug. 8, 9, 15 and 16.

‘Burgh Vivant will host a live, on-stage interview with actress and Pittsburgh native Judy Knaiz at 4 p.m. March 16 in the George R. White Theatre, Point Park University.
Knaiz is perhaps best known for her role as Gussie Granger (aka Ernestina Simple) in the 1969 film musical “Hello Dolly,” directed by Gene Kelly and starring Barbara Streisand and Walter Matthau. Discussed will be her career in film, stage and television, and her perspectives on Pittsburgh. Q&A will follow.
