Vacation Bible School – May 14
The Bible Chapel, McMurray, will hold the vacation Bible study “Weird Animals” June 23-27 at the South Hills campus. Early discounted registration now open at biblechapel.org.
John McMillan Presbyterian Church, Bethel Park, is taking registrations for its summer vacation bible school, Jungle Safari. The school will be held from 9 a.m.-noon June 23-27 and is open to children with one year of 3 year-old preschool experience through those who have completed sixth grade. The cost is $10 per child and registration is now open and should be made by June 13 either at the church office or online at www.johnmcmillanpc.org. Checks should be made payable to JMPC, VBS. Peters Creek Presbyterian Church, Venetia, is currently accepting registration for Son Treasure Island, which will take place 9 a.m.-noon July 14-18. Using the current curriculum from Gospel Light, the program will include adventuresome times learning about Jesus on the VBS Beaches at Peters Creek.
There is no charge, but to participate, children must be at least 3 years old, potty trained and completed some form of preschool prior to VBS. South Hills Assembly, Bethel Park, will hold vacation Bible school 9 a.m.-noon June 16-20. Bouncey House is for kids K-sixth grade. Cost is $15. Preschoolers attend Monday, Wednesday and Friday for $10. To register, call 412-835-8900 ext. 111.
St. Patrick Parish, Canonsburg, will hold vacation Bible school 9 a.m.-noon June 23-27 in the Parish Center. “Weird Animals” is a habitat filled with Bible-learning experiences kids see, hear, touch and taste.
