Celebrate Pittsburgh’s unique characters at Ka-Blam!

The annual ToonSeum fundraiser Ka-Blam! returns from 8-11 p.m. April 25 at the Teamsters Temple Banquet Hall in Lawrenceville. This year’s theme is Pittsburgh Characters and The ToonSeum will honor notable figures such as Art Rooney Sr., August Wilson, Mr. Rogers, Myron Cope and Sophie Masloff, as well as many more.
Ka-Blam! will be hosted by Honorary Chairman Rick Sebak.
Regular admission tickets are available for $40. VIP tickets at $75 each or $125 per couple are available for a special reception scheduled from 7-8 p.m. Free music and beverages will be available, courtesy of some of the finest restaurants in the Lawrenceville and Downtown areas, while DJ J. Malls spins music throughout the night. The event will also include a silent auction, caricature artists and performances by YouTube sensation Pittsburgh Dad, and Pittsburgh chanteuse Phat Man Dee.
