Foster – Toven
William L. and Janice M. Foster III of Anita, Pa., announce the engagement of their daughter, Justine, to Derek Toven, son of Elizabeth Pape, also of Anita.
Justine is the granddaughter of William L. Jr. and the late Mary Foster of Pittsburgh, and Ann B. and the late Alfred S. Roper of Mt. Lebanon.
The future bride is a 2007 graduate of Punxsutawney Area High School and Lock Haven University, where she received a bachelor of science degree in 2011 and a master’s in physician assistant in 2014.
Her fiance is a 2006 graduate of Punxsutawney Area High School. He is currently enrolled in the Information Systems Support Technician program at DuBois Business College.
A June wedding is planned.
