Senior lunch/movie
Register by Aug. 7 for Collier Township Parks and Recreation Department’s senior luncheon and movie set for Aug. 11 at the Collier Community Center in Oakdale, for seniors age 60 and over. Hilltoppers meet
The Hilltoppers of Scott Township will hold its monthly meeting Aug. 12 at Covenant-Community Presbyterian Church, located on Greentree Road. Doors open at 11 a.m. for fellowship. Bring a brown bag lunch to eat at noon; dessert will be provided and beverages will be available.

Senior picnic
Peters Township Parks and Recreation Department in conjunction with the Area Agency on Aging will sponsor a senior picnic from 4-6 p.m. Aug. 12 at Peterswood Park, Shelter 4. Special guest Bobby Shawn will entertain guests with a variety of music, including Big Band, jazz, pop, rock and roll, Italian songs, country and polka. The event is free, but guests are encouraged to bring a covered dish to share. Hot dogs, hamburgers and refreshments will be provided at no cost. In case of inclement weather, the picnic will be moved inside to the Community Recreation Center.
Exercise
WROC at Westminster Presbyterian Church, Upper St. Clair, will offer Gentle Yoga for Seniors, 10:15-11:15 a.m. Wednesdays, through Aug. 26. Cost is $63. For more information, call 412-835-6630.
