Annual beer and chili fundraiser benefits Mt. Lebanon library

Brews for a Chili Night VI
Tickets are on sale now for Mt. Lebanon Public Library’s sixth annual beer and chili fundraiser, Brews for a Chili Night VI, 6-8:30 p.m. Jan. 30 at the library. The popular event, organized by Friends of the Mt. Lebanon Public Library, will feature live music by Rick Laus and his band RML Jazz, dozens of craft beers, cider, soft drinks, a wide array of chili prepared by professional and gifted amateur chefs, snacks and desserts. Chili providers include Eliza’s Oven and Bistro 19.
All-inclusive tickets are $35 per person. Tickets are limited and sell out fast.
Those wishing to donate more can purchase $50 sponsorship tickets, which also include admission to another event at the library: “Increase Your Beer IQ,” a presentation and tasting hosted by Pittsburgh craft brewer Scott Smith of East End Brewing at 7 p.m. Jan. 27.
