Peters Township police seek information about hit-and-run driver
Peters Township police are looking for help from the public to identify the driver of a minivan that struck a 95-year-old man on a lawn tractor Wednesday and fled.
Police said a newer minivan driven by a white man struck the rear of a lawn tractor driven by Arthur R. Ulrich, who was on his way to collect his mail about 3:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Bower Hill Road. The victim was initially taken to Canonsburg Hospital for a shoulder injury and later was flown by medical helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital, according to police.
