What is your New Year’s resolution?
Chris Cox, Mt. Lebanon: “To lose a few pounds. Too much sweets over the Christmas period.”
Colleen Smith, Dormont: “To do less and enjoy more.”
Matthew Ungar, Dormont: “I resolve to exercise a great deal more than I already do. I sold my car, so I’m going to be riding my bike everywhere. I should probably resolve to wear warmer clothing in the dead of winter. I resolve to quite smoking cigarettes. I resolve to step eating before I go to bed, which is a bad habit and bad for your digestive system. I resolve to eat more organic food, if I can. I resolve to start yoga. My brother bought me a membership to Hot Power Yoga, so I’m going to do that every day. I resolve to add to, in addition to my seven jobs that I work already, two more. So I think I’m going to cap off at nine, maybe 10. We’ll see how that works. I resolve to make more artwork. I’ve not been making enough. And I resolve to keep in better communications with my loved ones. And live a healthier lifestyle, in general.”
Kala Vinh, Kingston, Ontario: “Follow my bliss more often.”
Chuck Yonan, Mt. Lebanon: “To invest in myself and invest in the community.”
