Paraphernalia: Monika Peek, 27 and Jeremy Efaw, 28, both of Mt. Nebo, W.Va., were arrested by police Feb. 9 at the Giant Eagle Market District for drug paraphernalia.
Counterfeit bills: Police said two counterfeit bills were passed at the Wendy’s on Library Road Feb. 10. Officers sent the money to the Secret Service.
Theft: A Forest Drive resident told police Feb. 10 that gasoline was taken from his vehicle.
Theft: Police are investigating the Feb. 11 theft of $150 in cash from the cash register at the Eat N’ Park at South Hills Village.

Forgery: Joseph Merrante, 24, of 1510 Blossom Hill Road, Pittsburgh, was arrested for forgery and receiving stolen property Feb. 8, police said.
Aggravated assault: Dana Dubart-Cancilla, 47, was arrested Feb. 7 for aggravated assault, police said.
Disorderly conduct: Craig Bassler, 49, of 1301 Grove Road, Pittsburgh, and Ronald Bassler, 18, of 943 Sleepy Hollow Road, Pittsburgh, were arrested Feb. 11 on Middleboro Road for disorderly conduct, police said.
MT. LEBANON
Public intoxication: Muharem Kostic, 42, of 179 Castle Shannon Blvd., Apt. C 11, Pittsburgh, was arrested Feb. 11 on Washington Road for public drunkenness, police said.
Drug paraphernalia: Astrid Fisher, 21, and Michael Reilly, 23, both of 242 Lemoyne Ave., Pittsburgh, were arrested Jan. 28 on Lemoyne Avenue, police said. Fisher is charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Reilly is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
Theft: Lynaia Yager, 43, of 221 Buchanon Place, Apt. D 3, Pittsburgh, was charged Jan. 30 with theft of mislaid property and criminal conspiracy to commit theft of mislaid property, police said. A 13-year-old male was also charged with theft of mislaid property.
Drug paraphernalia: Police arrested Wilbur Hollenbach III, 36, of 684 Florida Ave., Apt. 2, Pittsburgh, Feb. 2 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Criminal mischief: Tires on a vehicle parked at Oak Park Place were reported slashed Jan. 30, police said.
PETERS TOWNSHIP
One-car accident: A vehicle driven by Kaylee McFalls, 23, of McVey Street, Sturgeon, had to be towed following a one-car accident that occurred Feb. 15 at the intersection of Circle and Bellwalt drives in McMurray. According to police, McFalls, who was not injured, was eastbound on Bellwalt and slid downhill on ice and slush into a nearby creek.
One-car accident: A vehicle driven by Luciano Pugliano 18, of East Edgewood Drive, McMurray, had to be towed Feb. 14 following a one-car accident on Washington Road. According to police, Pugliano, who was not injured, tried to make a right, uphill turn onto Gallery Drive and struck a light pole.
Juveniles to be charged: Peters Township police will file charges against two 17-year-old juveniles for possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana. According to police, a vehicle with two people inside was parked in front of a Church Hill Drive, Venetia, residence early the morning of Feb. 15. Because of the extremely cold weather, the officer stopped to investigate and detected the odor of marijuana.
Retail theft: David A. Kincaid, 20, of Washington Trails, Washington, was arrested Feb. 13 and charged with retail theft from the Kmart on Washington Road. According to police, Kincaid was observed by Kmartl loss prevention officers opening and then putting a calculator in his jacket. Kincaid was stopped and asked to open his jacket. Store employees found Kincaid also had white strips, hair gel, face cream and batteries in his jacket, valued at $216. Kincaid was transported to the Washington County Jail for arraignment.
