Wild Things seeking host families
The Washington Wild Things, members of the baseball Frontier League, are in need of caring families, couples or individuals in the area to join their Host Family program for the 2015 season. The goal of the program is to provide players with pleasant and affordable housing during their stay in Washington (May-September). Participants in the program receive complimentary tickets to all Wild Things home games and a free parking pass. The Wild Things also celebrate the host families at the end of the season by recognizing them on the field and providing food to everyone in your family on “Host Family Night.” There is no charge to a host family involved in the program. Ideal housing candidates must provide the player with his own bedroom. Players are responsible to provide their own food and transportation. For more information, contact Wayne Herrod at wherrod@washingtonwildthings.com or call 724-579-1068.
