Bethel Park
Fireworks will go off at dusk July 4 at South Hills Village.
Brentwood
• Street fair, 6-9:30 p.m. July 3 on Brownsville Road from the Brentwood Library to Brentwood Presbyterian Church. Presented by the Brentwood Business Owners Association.
• Battle of the Barrell, 6:30 p.m. at the Brentwood Municipal Building. Sponsored by the Brentwood Fire Department.
• 32nd Annual Brentwood Firecracker 5K, 9:30 a.m. at Brentwood Towne Square.
• Parade, 10 a.m. on Brownsville Road.
• Fireworks, 9:30 p.m. at Radisson Field.
• The Fifth Annual House Decorating Contest will honor the borough’s Centennial Celebration. Special consideration will be given to homes that incorporate the 100th anniversary or “Believe in Brentwood” themes.
Canonsburg
• 31st Annual Whiskey Rebellion 5K race begins at Canon-McMillan Stadium at 7:45 a.m.
• The annual parade will begin at 10 a.m. July 4 in downtown Canonsburg. Chairs can be placed 48 hours in advance of the start of the parade.
• Admission to Canonsburg Town Park Poll is free. Enjoy face painting, balloon animals, rock climbing, inflatable attractions and more. SNPJ Button Box performs polka music at 1:30 p.m. and Tom Terling Band will play top 40 hits and rock at 3 p.m.
• Skydivers will jump into Town Park Pool at 3 p.m.
• Fireworks will begin at 9:45 p.m. behind Canon-McMillan Stadium. Due to construction at the stadium, spectators will not be permitted in or around the stadium. Rain date for fireworks is 9:30 p.m. July 5.
Dormont
• Dormont Pool will offer kids’ train rides, inflatable jumps, crafts, face painting, games, food vendors and more, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. July 4 as part of Dormont Day Celebration.
• Bingo, benefitting Boy Scout Troop 23, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Dormont Rec Center.
• Hot dog eating contest, 1 p.m. in the pool lot.
• Live music by Daniels and McClain, 2-5 p.m. at Dormont Pool.
• Ruff Creek Band, 7 p.m. at Dormont Pool.
• Zambelli International Fireworks Display, 9:30 p.m. Bring lawn chairs and blankets to Dormont Pool lot. Rain date for fireworks is July 5.
• Park at Dormont Stadium or Dormont Elementary School and ride free shuttle busses to the pool from 10 a.m.-10 p.m., courtesy of Keystone Oaks School District.
McDonald
• McSummerfest Parade 7 p.m. July 2.
• Fireworks will begin at dusk July 3 at Heritage Park.
Mt. Lebanon
• Games, amusements, food and other activities will be available noon-5 p.m. July 4 in Mt. Lebanon Main Park.
• The swim center is open from noon-7 p.m.
• The Delaneys will perform a free concert at 7:30 p.m. in Mt. Lebanon Main Park.
• Fireworks will go off at 9:30 in Mt. Lebanon Main Park. Rain date for fireworks is 9:30 p.m. July 5.
• Only handicap parking is permitted in the Mt. Lebanon Recreation Center Parking lot on July 4. An official handicap permit is required.
South Fayette
Fireworks will begin at 9:45 p.m. July 3 at El-Rancho soccer fields, Millers Run Road. Spectators are not permitted at the soccer fields during the fireworks display.
Upper St. Clair
Fireworks will go off at dusk July 4 at South Hills Village.
