BRIDGEVILLE

Retail theft: Kimberly Lucas, 27, of Canonsburg, was arrested Feb. 2 and charged with two counts of retail theft from the Rite-Aid on Chartiers Street and driving with a suspended license, police said.

Retail theft: Rodney Stemple, 42, of Grafton, W.Va., was charged with retail theft after taking three bracelets from the Bridgeville Rite-Aid, police said.

CASTLE SHANNON

Tools stolen: Police said tools were reported stolen Feb. 22 from a house on Greenridge Road.

Counterfeit bill: A counterfeit $20 bill was reported in the 3600 block of Library Road Feb. 24, police said.

Wallet taken: Police said a wallet was taken from an unlocked vehicle on Hoodridge Drive Feb. 26.

Vandalism: Police said a vacant home on Baldwin Street was vandalized Feb. 27.

CECIL TOWNSHIP

Missing phone: Cynthia Bouchard, 509 Gala Drive, Canonsburg, told police Feb. 18 that her Cricket cell phone is missing. Bouchard said she left on the bar of the SNPJ Lodge, 476 Georgetown Road, Lawrence, on Feb. 14. When she returned, the phone was gone.

Cited: Cecil police cited Ralph McLaughlin, 42, of 119 Locust Street, Cecil with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. His wife, Jean McLaughlin 43, was cited for disorderly conduct and harassment following a Feb. 27 domestic disturbance.

Burglary: A home owned by the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission located at 3852 Morganza Road, Cecil, was burglarized March 6, Cecil police said. Items taken from the house included counter tops, ceramic tile and cabinet doors. The incident remains under investigation.

Mt. LEBANON

Three cited: Brandon Jacques, 19, of 253 Academy Ave., and a 16-year-old male were cited for disorderly conduct and Michael Cruse, 19, of 253 Academy Ave., was cited for harassment stemming from a Feb. 23 incident on Academy Avenue, police said.

Arrested: Thomas Eichert, 51, of 47 Terrace Drive, Pittsburgh, was charged Feb. 26 with possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct and public drunkeness on Washington Road, police said.

Two arrested: Police arrested Joshua Gressem, 25, of 531 Allegheny Ave., Glassport, and Jesse Dunhoff, 20, of 570 Kenilworth Ave., Pittsburgh, Feb. 12 on Birch Avenue. Gressem is charged with robbery, burglary, criminal conspiracy, criminal use of a communication facility, terroristic threats, firearms not to be carried without a license, simple assault and loitering, and prowling at night. Dunhoff is charged with criminal conspiracy, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Unlawful restraint of a minor: James Flaherty, 48, of 150 Cochran Road, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with unlawful restraint of a minor, simple assault, criminal mischief, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, police said.

PETERS TOWNSHIP

Arrested: Brittany O. Toth, 25, Railroad Street, Carnegie, will be charged with careless driving and driving under the influence of a controlled substance stemming from a four-vehicle accident that occurred 1:18 p.m. March 2 at the corner of Washington Road and Circle Drive in McMurray. According to police, Toth’s vehicle struck the rear of a vehicle riven by Maureen Keefe, 48, of Kent Drive, Pittsburgh, leading to a chain-reaction crash that also involved vehicles driven by Cori Rigo, 31, of Soloman Street, Johnstown, and Arthur Aloise, 67, of Suncrest Court, Canonsburg. Keefe complained of minor back pain, but declined medical treatment. No one else was injured. Toth was taken to Canonsburg General Hospital for a blood test and then released.

Shovels taken: Two snow shovels were reported stolen March 3 from the front porch of a home on Kuchinic Street, Venetia, police said.

Two-vehicle accident: Blair Stephan, 21, of Locust Drive, Pittsburgh, was charged with vehicle entering or crossing a roadway, following a two-car accident March 3 at the intersection of Washington Road and Pleasant Avenue in McMurray. According to police, Stephan was attempting to make a left turn from Pleasant when he struck a car driven by Kristen Swisher, 33, of Oak Ridge Drive, Venetia, who was northbound on Washington Road. No one was injured, police said.
