March 25-28
‘The Hound Of The Baskervilles’
The Mt. Lebanon High School Evening and Technical Theatre Companies presents “The Hound Of The Baskervilles” at 7:30 p.m. March 25-28 in the high school Fine Arts Theatre.
Directed by James Marsh, “The Hound Of The Baskervilles” is a comic thriller adapted by Kent R. Brown and inspired by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s novel. The play tells the tale of Sherlock Holmes and his faithful sidekick, Dr. John Watson, who have left on an extended holiday throughout Europe, leaving their nieces – Shirley Holmes and Jennie Watson – to keep an eye on the famous flat at 221B Baker Street. In this fast-paced adaptation, full of wailing hounds, thundering hooves and the slithering mists of the moor, Shirley and Jennie follow the trail of evidence and intrigue until, at last, they are confronted by the ravenous Hound itself.
Tickets are $7.
