Tartan Day event

St. Andrew’s Society of Pittsburgh will host a Tartan Day Celebration from 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. April 11 at Bethel Presbyterian Church.

The event highlights all things Scottish, including two bagpipe bands, highland and country dancing, and Celtic music through pipers, singers, fiddlers and harpists. There will be Scottish clans, workshops and exhibitors of Scottish and Celtic items, Scottish food, raffles, children activities and more.

There is no admission fee and free parking is provided. The event benefits the Tartan Day Scholarship Fund, which provides assistance for students of the Scottish arts.
